I want to recommend Socaz Painting company. The owner, Torrance de Leon, has his own company crew, including site supervisor and color consultant, all properly bonded and insured. High rating on Angie's list and the BBB. Did EXCELLENT work on my interior (which was taxi-cab yellow and lime green and required a LOT of work to cover and repaint) including clean-up, etc. My deck was also refinished and that included a several-months later return to put a second coat on. This company was simply the best I have ever dealt with. You can "google" them by entering socaz painting raleigh nc--great and complete web site.

I recommend Norwood Gardens as well - when they plant trees or shrubs they provide a 1 year warrenty - unlike Atlantic which only gives 6 months.

The HOA Board, after receiving competitive bids, and with consultation with the Grounds and Landscape Committee has contracted with Yard-Nique Inc. of Morrisville to maintain our common grounds in 2010 and possibly years coming. Yard-Nique is also the company that last year improved the section of common grounds near the back the entrance of the community.

Yard-Nique publishes a newsletter each season and Mike Pryor, Board member and liasion to the GC/LC recommended that it be posted to our documents page as it contains good information for those that have or wish to have green thumbs.
